It is located just 210 metres from a sandy/pebbled beach, accessible by a winding path of approximately 400 metres.
This semi-detached villa offers plenty of space on two levels and can accommodate up to 8 guests. The lower level has one double bedroom en-suite, a toilet, a lounge/diner and an open plan fully equipped kitchen. All rooms are furnished in a minimalist and distinctive style.
Overlooking the infinite blue, the dining area next to the pool is the perfect place to dine al fresco and take advantage of the last glimmers of ambient light.
There is also a barbecue area on the terrace, which you can use at any time of the day to satisfy your appetite. There are several shaded areas, including one under the pergola, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or take a nap.
Situated in a private plot, the villa’s parking area is accessed via a driveway within the property and the entrance to the villa is accessed via a private footpath (30 metres long). A ramp is also available to assist those with mobility difficulties to negotiate the distance between the car park and the main entrance.
