Villa Salted Maple is a true beachfront retreat, just a short drive from Thermopylae, the historic site of the legendary battle between the 300 Spartans and the Persian army.
The villa is set amidst 2 acres of landscaped spacious gardens and trees (maple, pine, fruit trees), with a large swimming pool along a covered pool lounge area, promising moments of true relaxation and tranquillity while enjoying the refreshing sea breeze and unobstructed sea views.
The house, with its characteristic 70’s architecture, offers a large space on two levels. Upstairs, there is a large lounge with a fireplace and large windows overlooking the garden, the sea and the island of Evia, and an open plan dining area leading to a spacious fully fitted kitchen. The dominant feature of the living area is the long patio doors which give immediate access to the large verandas, as well as, unobstructed, magnificent views.
The villa can accommodate up to 10 adults and 6 children – upstairs there is a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom and a toilet; downstairs there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom and a bunk bedroom with 6 beds sharing a bathroom, a kitchenette and a toilet.
The covered games room is equipped with a large television, comfortable lounge area, table tennis and table football. The villa also has a portable gas barbecue, various outdoor sitting and lounge areas, Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, 4 sea kayaks (2 single seater and 2 double seater) and a boat ramp with direct access to the sea for guests to launch a trailered boat directly from the house.
Please note that there is usually a live-in caretaker on site. They are responsible for garden and pool maintenance and can assist guests with any errands.
The property has direct access from the car park to the entrance of the villa and ramped access to the lower level, garden and beach for those with reduced mobility.
